We’re hiring a tenacious, results-driven Collections Agent to join our Ghana team on a contract basis, based in Accra. You’ll own the end-to-end recovery of overdue and delinquent loans — working the phones, the field, and everything in between — to protect portfolio health and minimise credit losses.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in loan collections, field recovery, or credit collections
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding collections targets
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English; proficiency in Twi is a strong advantage, and other Ghanaian languages (Ga, Ewe, Hausa) are a plus
- Deep familiarity with Accra — you know how to navigate the city efficiently
- Self-motivated and resilient; comfortable working independently in the field
- Familiarity with loan management systems or CRM tools is a plus
- Valid ID, willingness to travel within assigned territory, and a smartphone with reliable internet
