Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide spectrum of oral and maxillofacial conditions in the government hospital environment.
Perform complex surgical procedures including trauma management, corrective jaw surgery, oncology surgery, and dental extractions.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Conduct outpatient clinics and manage inpatient care with attention to patient safety and recovery.
Participate in training and mentoring of junior medical staff and medical students.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and government health regulations.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with latest clinical guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Completion of accredited residency program and board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Demonstrated experience working within government or public hospital settings preferred.
Proficiency in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
