International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites,
22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently
under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the
Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled Executive – Learning &
Development to join our Learning & Development team. 

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

* Facilitate new joiner orientation programs to ensure a consistent, welcoming,
engaging and brand-led onboarding experience. 
* Support the delivery of other learning initiatives and training programs as
assigned, including refresher training and brand culture or service standards
programs.
* Assist in the preparation, updating and organization of training materials,
presentations, workbooks, handouts and digital resources.
* Ensure all training documentation is aligned with brand standards and
approved learning frameworks. 
* Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including scheduling training
sessions, booking training rooms, preparing equipment, and managing
attendance. 
* Provide day-to-day support to the Learning and Development team across
ongoing projects and learning initiatives. 
* Maintain accurate learning records, attendance logs, completion reports and
any other administrative reports.   
* Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback,
observations and data analysis. 
* Support vendor and stakeholder coordination, including training
confirmations, documentation and any other requirements. 
* Stay informed about trends and best practices in learning and development
* Uphold Wynn Al Marjan Island’s standards of professionalism, grooming,
confidentiality, and service excellence at all times.
* Report to the assigned Assistant Manager or Manager – Learning and
Development and perform any additional responsibilities as required.

About You:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality
preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, training, hospitality operations, or a
related administrative or facilitation role preferred. 
* Experience in a luxury hospitality or service-driven environment strongly
preferred.
* Confident and engaging facilitator with strong presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus 
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Flexible working schedule, including availability to work on weekends and
holidays as needed 
* Demonstrates professional grooming & appearance and adheres to company and
regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
