Manage and supervise maintenance of residential villas and farmhouses
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, structures, and utilities
Identify issues and implement corrective and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors
Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems
Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports
