Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars across platforms.
• Post daily stories, updates, and engaging real-time content.
• Develop fresh content ideas, campaign concepts, and social media activations.
• Create captions, reels concepts, carousels, and short-form content.
• Ensure all platforms remain active, polished, and aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor trends, news, and opportunities to create timely content.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams when needed.
• Track performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Take ownership of deadlines and execute with minimal supervision.
• A proactive self-starter who gets things done.
• Someone who has worked with videographers and editors to make amazing content.
• Someone with a strong can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Creative thinker with constant ideas for content and growth.
• Organized enough to manage calendars, schedules, and consistency.
• Comfortable taking responsibility and moving quickly.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and social trends.
• Good writing skills and eye for detail.
• Experience in social media management/content creation preferred.
