Job Title: Transformation Projects Lead – Industrial Operations & Business Transformation
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support business transformation initiatives across industrial operations
Drive change management strategies to improve organizational performance
Identify process gaps and implement process improvement solutions
Work on enterprise system implementation and transformation projects
Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance indicators
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process enhancement and optimization
Support cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency improvements
Ensure alignment of transformation projects with business objectives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
MBA in Finance, ACCA, or CMA is preferred
3–7 years of experience in business transformation or process improvement roles
GCC experience is preferred
PMP or Six Sigma certification is preferred
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or mining environment
