Job Position – Office Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Highly organized and proactive to join the team in Dubai. This role is strictly open to female applicants only (non-negotiable), and candidates must be currently based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
Handle documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
Support different departments with coordination and follow-ups
Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
Must be currently based in Dubai
Immediate availability is an advantage
