Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial standards
Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead and mentor finance teams to enhance performance and productivity
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance management
Strong experience across commercial, industrial, and service sectors
Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Eligibility Requirement:
Arabic nationality required
Preference for candidates currently based in Doha
