Job Details :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a group company or similar multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
