Desired Candidate Profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years HR experience (experience with a real estate developer is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
