communication. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical,
planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience
in managing transportation function in retail domain.
Key job responsibilities
– Collect and analyze data
– Support business growth in constrained environment with innovative and
automated solutions
– Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing
available tools/automation.
– Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to
end supply chain losses
– Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to influence business,
operations and technical audiences
– Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations
and growth in the organization
Basic Qualifications: – Candidate must have basic Supply Chain/Planning
knowledge through work experience or coursework
– High proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use
of data
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at
varied levels of the organization
– Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to
communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
