Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) systems and identity access management solutions
Administer and optimize Active Directory (AD) environments
Implement and enforce user access management policies and security protocols
Monitor systems for cybersecurity threats and respond to incidents proactively
Ensure compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen authentication and authorization frameworks
Support system audits and security assessments
Assist in integrating biometric or fingerprint authentication systems where applicable
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5 years of professional experience in information security or identity access management
Strong expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and Active Directory (AD)
Experience with user access management and enterprise security policies
Knowledge of cybersecurity monitoring tools and incident response practices
Familiarity with biometric or fingerprint systems is an added advantage
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or similar are preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
