Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
3–7 years of experience in sales, including supervisory or team lead role
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of sales operations and customer management
Experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
