Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD
Develop and modify drawings based on design specifications and project requirements
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for accurate execution
Ensure drawings comply with Dubai authority approval standards and regulations
Support residential and high-rise (minimum G+10) project documentation
Assist in design detailing and technical documentation across project phases
Coordinate with site teams for design clarification and implementation support
Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency in all drafting work
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Hands-on experience in architectural and civil/structural drafting
Experience in residential and high-rise projects (minimum G+10 mandatory)
Familiarity with Dubai authority approval drawings and submission standards
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing principles
Ability to interpret architectural and structural designs accurately
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
