1. Structural Welder (Fillet & Butt Joint – ARC)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural welding using ARC (SMAW) process
• Execute fillet and butt welds as per project requirements
• Read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and WPS
• Ensure weld quality meets AWS / ASME standards
• Maintain safety and quality compliance during welding operations
2. SDS / DSS Pipe Welder (TIG)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality pipe welding using TIG (GTAW)
• Handle Duplex & Super Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS / SDSS) materials
• Execute root pass welding using TIG with high precision
• Follow WPS, PQR, and project specifications strictly
• Ensure defect-free welding with proper heat control
3. SS Pipe Welder (TIG)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform stainless steel pipe welding using TIG (GTAW)
• Execute root pass and full TIG welding
• Perform butt welds in multiple positions
• Ensure weld integrity and compliance with standards
• Interpret isometric drawings and WPS
Requirements
1. Structural Welder (Fillet & Butt Joint – ARC)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural welding
• Strong experience in SMAW (ARC welding)
• Proficient in Fillet & Butt Welds
• Experience in welding positions: 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G
• Experience in construction / Oil & Gas projects preferred
2. SDS / DSS Pipe Welder (TIG)
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in pipe welding
• Strong expertise in TIG (GTAW) welding
• Proven experience in DSS / SDSS materials
• Experience in full TIG welding preferred
• Knowledge of welding codes and quality standards
3. SS Pipe Welder (TIG)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SS pipe welding
• Strong experience in TIG welding (GTAW)
• Expertise in Stainless Steel (SS) materials
• Experience in positions: 2G, 5G, 6G
• Ability to deliver high-quality, defect-free welds
Responsibilities
Perform structural and pipe welding using ARC and TIG processes according to project specifications and safety standards. Ensure high-quality, defect-free welds while interpreting technical drawings and maintaining compliance with AWS/ASME codes.
